Thank you for booking with Dixie's Lower Antelope Canyon Tours ("us," "we," "our"), a Limited Liability Company formed in Navajo Nation, operating the antelopelowercanyon.com website (the "Website"). We want you to be completely satisfied with your experience. Please review our refund policy below.

Tour cancellation & refunds

Bookings are 100% refundable, minus booking fees, up to 24 hours prior to tour departure. After which, cancellations will incur 50% of cancelation total. No refunds will be given for missed tours.

  • More than 24 hours before departure: Full refund minus booking fees.
  • Within 24 hours of departure: 50% of the reservation total will be forfeited.
  • No-shows: No refund will be issued for no-shows.

Cancellations by Dixie's Lower Antelope Canyon Tours

In the event that Dixie's Lower Antelope Canyon Tours cancels a tour due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full 100% refund. We will notify you as soon as possible if a cancellation is necessary.

How to request a refund

To request a cancellation and refund, please contact us via email or phone. Include your booking confirmation number and the name associated with the reservation.

Refund processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Payment processor

All payments are processed through Stripe , a third-party payment processor. We are not responsible for the collection, use, sharing, or security of your billing information by Stripe. Stripe uses the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.

Rescheduling

If you are unable to make your scheduled tour, you may reschedule to another available date and time at no additional charge, provided the request is made more than 24 hours before your original tour departure. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of departure are subject to availability and the cancellation policy above.

Booking fees

Booking fees are non-refundable. These fees cover the administrative costs associated with processing your reservation and are deducted from any applicable refund.

Disputes

If you believe you are entitled to a refund that has not been provided, or if you have a dispute regarding a charge, please contact us directly so we can resolve the matter promptly. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Refund Policy shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Navajo Nation.

Changes to this refund policy

We reserve the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Refund Policy on this Website.
